A precious and sophisticated light object... The Spanish designer, Jordi Veciana is introducing alabaster to the world of modern design. The Alabast lamp takes on the archetypal outline of a bottle, while stripping it back. Robust although delicate and sophisticated, the Alabast wireless lamp showcases wonderful work on the material. It is made of a single piece of alabaster: the stone is delicately worked with finesse in order to obtain a spherical form that is very thin.
When the light is switched on, the lampshade becomes slightly translucent and lights up, highlighting the delicate veins. This material effect creates a beautiful contrast of light and shade.
Alabast translates the vibratory richness of alabaster, a stone with multiple light and pattern variations. The alabaster gives off a delicate and vivid light, inviting contemplation.
This wireless lamp will follow you everywhere. The portable lamp can easily be carried inside and outdoors, from the lounge to the terrace and in all dark corners. Once charged on the induction base, the Alabaster lamp offers 8 hours of battery life. The base can be plugged into the mains.
